By ordering from koeearth.com, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our soaps are handmade, so colour, pattern and size can differ a little from bar to bar and from the photos. Each bar weighs about 100 g.

Use

Our soaps are for external use only. Keep them away from eyes and out of reach of children. Try a small amount on your inner arm first; if your skin turns red or itchy, stop using it. Our soaps are not medicines and are not meant to treat any skin condition.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include shipping. We accept online payment only, through PhonePe. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Stock

We make soap in small batches. If something sells out after you've paid, we'll tell you and refund that item in full.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
