This policy explains what Koe Earth collects when you use koeearth.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email (if you give it) and delivery address, so we can send your order and contact you about it.
• Order details: what you bought, when, and the payment status.
• Your IP address with each order, to help us spot fraud.

Payments

Payments are handled by PhonePe on their own secure page. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. PhonePe tells us only whether a payment succeeded, with a transaction reference.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone and address only with the courier delivering your parcel, and payment details with PhonePe to process the payment. We don't sell your information or use it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies and storage

The site keeps your cart in your browser's local storage, and uses one session cookie to keep forms secure. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we don't need to keep by emailing orders@koeearth.com.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing orders@koeearth.com.
